Grass Fields = Down Time = Lost Opportunity.
All grass fields are not weather friendly. When it rains, snows, sleets, hails, et. we have to cancel so we don’t ruin the fields. Even if weather doesn’t get the fields, excessive use does. We practice and play on the same fields. They don’t get rest. This results in extensive downtime in winter and summer for field “resting,” limiting the training that can happen in these months of rest.
Create 3 to 4 new artificial lit turf fields that are available 24 hours/day 365 days/year. If you want to train you have an option. Only dangerous lightning would cancel training. More fields create more opportunities for training and enhance a player’s opportunity to develop.
